Who can see your work
Your team
Everything in your team’s space: the tools, your clients, the files. Owners and admins can invite and remove people.
Your clients
Only what you share with them, in their own space. A client never sees another client.
Style Driven
We don’t read your work. A person here looks only when you ask for help, or, while Business Buckets is new, to check a file before it goes out.
Our sales team
Only if you tick the box: your name, email, agency and which tool you used. Never your answers, files or clients. Your clients are never contacted by us.
Search engines
Only these public pages. Never the app, a client space, a shared link or a file.
AI
Nobody, because there is no AI in any of the tools. A person wrote every rule.
Yours to keep or delete
Sign-in codes and invites always come. Anything else only with a yes, and unticking the box stops it.
Take it with you
Download everything in your space as one file, any time.
Delete it
Delete your account and you get 30 days to change your mind. Then it’s gone, files too.
Where it lives
We use a few trusted services to run the site: one for the records, one for files and one for email. They keep it for us and use it for nothing else. We never sell it.
